Age:
Pre-K candidates must be 4 years old by October 15.
K candidates must be 5 years old by October 15.

Admissions:
Are covered by the school’s Admission Policy.

Schedule:
Pre-K has a choice of 5 half day sessions (Monday-Friday, 8:45 - 11:45), 3 half day sessions (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:45 - 11:45) or 2 half day sessions (Thursday and Friday 
8:45 - 11:45) program operates on the school calendar.

All day K is in session the same time as the other grades.

Half day K is in session 8:30 to 11:30

Location:
All programs are located in three classrooms on the 1st floor of the school. 

Staffing:
Our Kindergarten team has a state certified staff.

Program:
The Pre-K program dovetails with our current Kindergarten Program academically.  The half-day has the same basic components as all day K with the time allocations proportionately adjusted.

Class Sizes:
K programs does not exceed 20 students
Pre-K does not exceed 15 students with a full-time aide.

Transportation:
Pre K/half Day K must provide their own.
All-day K residents of Sanford are eligible for busing.

Lunches:
All lunches are provided in accord with State and Federal guidelines at a price approved by the State of Maine.  Free/reduced priced lunches are available for those who qualify.

Pre-K 5 day a week = $1,650.00/yr./parish $2,100.00 non parish
Pre-K  3 days a week=  $1,070.00/yr./parish  $1,285.00 non parish
Pre-K  2 days a week= $710.00/yr/parish  $860.00 non-parish
Half Day K= $1,650.00/yr/parish  $2,100.00 non parish
All Day K same as other grades = $2,100.00 parish/ $3,575.00 non parish
